Billing Policies
Refunds:
A full refund is available within 15 days from time of payment, or the activation of associated service, whichever is later.
Payment Terms:
Client will receive invoices from VPS Village. Client is expected to present payment by the invoice due date. If an invoice is not paid in full by the invoice due date, the account will become overdue. If an account is overdue for a period of 15 days or longer, it will be suspended. If an account remains overdue for a period of 30 days, services will be terminated.
Payment Methods and Frequency
VPS Village will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for payment. Charges will appear quarterly, or yearly, as per the preference of Client.
Account Termination
VPS Village reserves the right to terminate an account in accordance with it's Terms of Service and Billing Policies. VPS Village forgoes all responsibility for the safety and security of Client's data, copyrighted materials on VPS Village servers. VPS Village will routinely destroy data of terminated accounts, if not done immediately upon termination. VPS Village provices backup services. Backups may be kept of terminated accounts as a technical and practial limitation of the backup system, no effort will be made to backup or maintain backups for terminated accounts.
